How to Forget eduroam

IOS Apple iPAD or iPHONE

1.  Click Settings
2.  Tap on WiFi
3.  Tap on the info button next to eduroam
4.  Tap on Forget This Network

      Alternatively

1.  Click Settings
2.  Tap on General
3.  Tap on Profiles and select eduroam
4.  Tap on Remove

OSX Apple Mac or Macbook 1.  Click the WiFi icon in the upper right of the menu bar
2.  Open Network Preferences
3.  Click the Advanced... button
4.  Click the WiFi tab
5.  Select eduroam from the list of networks
6.  Click in the minus (-) button
7.  Click on OK
8.  Click in Apply
Windows 7 1.  Go to Start and click Control Panel
2.  Click on View network status and task in the Control Panel window
3.  Click Manage wireless networks from the Network and Sharing Centre
4.  Select eduroam from the list of connection profiles
5.  Click Remove to delete the selected profile
Windows 8.x 1.  Open the Network icon from either taskbar notifications or Charms Bar and Settings
2a. For Windows 8, RT or 8.1 Upgrade right click on eduroam then click Forget this network
2b. For Windows 8.1 or RT 8.1 click on the disconnected wireless network eduroam in the netwoirk list.  Uncheck Connect automatically.
      Now click on eduroam and select Forget Network

Alternatively, you can issue the following command from the Command Prompt:

   netsh wlan delete profile eduroam

Please note that this command can be issued on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 but does require local administrator privilages
Windows 10 1.  Click on the Network icon in the lower right of the screen
2.  Click on Network settngs 
3.  Click Manage Wi-Fi settings
4.  Under Manage known networks, click on eduroam
5.  Click the Forget button
Android Phones and Tablets 1.  From the home screen tap the Apps button (usually bottom right)
2.  Tap the Settings icon (cog wheel)
3.  Tap Wi-Fi
4.  Tap and hold on eduroam
5.  Tap Forget network
